01 / Privacy
We collect what you type, and nothing else.
No analytics, no cookies, no tracking. The enquiry form is the only thing on this site that collects anything, and it sends it straight to the three of us.

01
The short version
We collect what you type into the enquiry form and nothing else. It goes straight to the three of us, we ring you back, and that is the whole of it. There are no analytics on this site, no cookies set by us, and no tracking pixels.
02
What we collect
From the enquiry form: your name, your business name, a phone number, an email address, which part of the business you want help with, roughly how many staff you have, and whatever you tell us about the systems you already run.
From the sign-in page: the email address you enter, so we can send a sign-in link to it.
Nothing is required except your name and one way to reach you. Leave the rest blank if you would rather.
03
Why we collect it
To call you back about the stack audit you asked for, and to have some idea of what your business runs before we do. That is the only purpose.
04
Where it goes
The form sends a message to the three founding partners, through Telegram and by email. Those messages sit in our own inboxes. There is no customer database behind this website and nothing is written to one.
The two services that carry the message are Telegram and Resend, our email provider. They handle it in transit under their own terms.
We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing. If we ever needed to share something with a third party to do the work, we would ask you first.
05
How long we keep it
For as long as we are talking, and for a while afterwards in case you come back. If you never become a client and we have not spoken in a year, we delete it.
06
Cookies and analytics
There are none. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels, no session recording. The site sets no cookies of its own. Nothing here follows you anywhere.
07
Client business data
This page covers the website only. If you become a client, Peregrine connects to systems your business already runs and that is a different arrangement with its own terms, agreed with you in writing before anything is connected.
The dashboard shown on the platform page is a modelled example. It is not a real venue's data.
08
Seeing it, changing it, deleting it
Ring 0490 066 744 and ask. We will tell you what we hold and delete it on the call if that is what you want. There is no form for this and no waiting period.
09
Complaints
Start with us, on the number above. If we cannot sort it out, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes privacy complaints at oaic.gov.au.
10
Who we are
Peregrine Partners, Melbourne, Australia. Kayden Do, Jason Ye and Thomas Dai. There is no one else to escalate to, which is rather the point.
Anything here you want changed?
Call us. If you have sent us something and want it deleted, we will do it while you are on the phone.
